Common Purpose is Charitable Trust (Non-Profitable Organization) founded to run leadership development programmes all over the world that inspire and equip people to work together across boundaries. Common Purpose deliver face-to-face and online leadership programmes for multiple generations of leaders: from students in universities to senior leaders in organizations and society. We live in a world full of complex problems. These problems cross boundaries – yet most leaders do not. Common Purpose is devoted to developing leaders who can cross boundaries. Between geographies, generations, sectors, specializations, backgrounds and beliefs. Both at work and in society.
An alumni event on Friday 14th October, 2022 was held at the National Museums of Kenya to address some of the challenges and problem our country is facing which included; Democracy, Corruption, Economy, Mental Health and Well Being among others.
